What is the issue you’re encountering
I recently activated Cloudflare CDN (free) for my website hosted with Krystal Hosting and found that I lost access to cPanel and webmail when I tried to access them via Krystal Dashboard.
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
I disabled all DNS proxies in Cloudflare as recommended by Krystal Hosting technical support and this restored access to my cPanel and webmail. Can anyone help me resolve this issue? I am new to this and have no technical knowledge. Therefore, I am not sure if and which proxies I need to disable or if there is a way to configure them properly to maintain access to cPanel and Webmail via my Krystal Hosting dashboard and still benefit from Cloudflare’s CDN features.
