What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Confirmed domain is setup in Cloudflare and that Cloudflare is managing DNS for the domain. Have had Andrews and Arnold update the IPS tag several times, they have advised “Yes, we have had a notice from the authoriry, Nominet that the transfer has not been accepted by the new Tagholder, CLOUDFLARE. Therefore the answer lies with them.”

To expand on what @HenryB said, note that you first need to initiate the transfer process from your Cloudflare dashboard and complete the checkout process (no fee charged) BEFORE asking your current registrar to update the IPS tag.

If you don’t proceed in this order and request your current registrar to update the IPS tag first, Cloudflare will reject the transfer request. From the documentation linked below:

Yes the check process was completed prior to asking the existing registrar to update the IPS tag.

@cloonan is it possible to get any escalation to try and work out why this has been rejected by Cloudflare?

Hi,

Thank you for your response. I can see by the response of our billing team on case 01498460 that you should reach out to your registrar regarding this matter. Can you please review the case?

Please let us know if you have further questions.

We did and they said “Yes, we have had a notice from the authority, Nominet that the transfer has not been accepted by the new Tagholder, CLOUDFLARE. Therefore the answer lies with them.”
