Problem with the old subscription email

Good morning,

some time ago I changed the registration email and therefore access to the account I am using, but emails keep getting to the old email and not the new one.
Can this problem be solved? If so, how?

This sounds familiar. I may have had the same thing happen when I changed my login email.

Which messages are going to the old address? Are any messages going to the new address?
