Unable to connect Cloudflare with namecheap. I have talked with namecheap customer support. They have checked with the Hosting department. If you create the A record on Cloudflare’s end, the issue will be resolved. Please contact Cloudflare and tell them that you want to create an A record and provide them with your VPS hosting’s IP address. They will take care of the rest.

Cloudflare is a self-service platform. Only an authorized account user can create DNS records. As long as you know the IP, it is very easy.
