Problem with Raspberry and HTTPS

I have a Raspberry Pi 3 B+ with Raspbian OS & Apache, PHP, FTP, etc. without any SSL certificate installed… of course the Cloudflare SSL certificate is already activated on my account.

  1. How to open my website with https without typing https:// before the domain? it opens http by default.

  2. I can enable SSL/TLS > Always Use HTTPS… but I get the error “ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED” when I connect from local IP.

How do I make it work? Thank you in advance.

Then continue with this step.

So I can’t access to my website via https from local IP address using the Cloudflare certificate?

I had a lot of problems installing free certificates for Raspbian

No, the Cloudflare certificate has nothing to do with your server. You still need to configure a proper certificate on your server.
