Problem with logins for SMTP and IMAP accounts

Hello! I am traveling in France. I am unable to access email from two accounts. The messages are that the logins for SMTP and IMAP accounts need login and password information. How do I do this?

In which way is this related to Cloudflare?

Well, I am afraid you are probably in the wrong place for such a question. This forum is for Cloudflare related issues. I’d try something like Stackexchange for example.

If your email is hosted with Namecheap, you’d want to contact them.
