Problem with Firewall

Hello. Would like узанть why at me payment does not work with Free-kassa. I entered their IP in the white list, but at payment writes “hacking attempt!”. How to fight against it?

You need to rephrase that. Can you possibly share screenshots?

I use online payment of Free-Kassa for the website. Earlier everything worked at a hosting well when the user recharged, to it means were enlisted at once. After transition to Cloudflare errors which I described above began to be written. Payment just do not pass and users complain. I wrote to support of cash desk, they answered that it is necessary to add their IP address of the notification to the white list. I added, the problem remained. What needs to be made?

Is that service connecting to your site? If so there is a good chance you’d need to whitelist these IP addresses. Is that the complete list? Do you have any logs to check what exactly failed?

On Cloudflare there is a notification from cash desk that the payment took place successfully and the balance to the user was enlisted. Support of cash desk told to add such IP:

And here what writes in a log of cash desk when the user already made payment.

hacking attempt!

Looking at this seems more of a server response rather Cloudflare’s as they usually reply with a HTML page.

And what it is necessary to make that it was not?
