I want to add around 100 domains to my cloudflare account and i need a static nameserver to point them to my cf how can i do that? Can i get a tenent or account level nameserver so that i can bulk edit those domain’s nameservers?

That is not possible. Nameservers are assigned to domains individually and only the assigned ones will work. You can use the API, which will provide you with the nameservers for each domain.
Not on a free plan, but you can assign custom nameservers at various levels, including zone, account, and tenant, with a Business or Enterprise plan.
I am not sure the OP wants to spend USD 25,000 a month.
There are tenant nameservers, but that still requires a 200 plan for something that can be easily achieved with the API.
$25K/month, perhaps not, but it may be worth the $200/month for one annual Business subscription. Not all zones need to be on that plan.
Yes, that’s the tenant servers I meant, but even if paid anually, I am not sure that’s worth 2,400 for something that can be automated with a script for free.
