Problem with email client

Hi there,
Since I entered my website to Cloudflare my (domain) email address is not working on my email client (Outlook) that I use to manage all my company email addresses. Is there something/setting I need to do/change within the email client or is it a DNS issue or Cloudflare.

Any help is appreciated
