If you look at the panel, there are no such entries in them. Where does the data come from?

What are the nameservers mentioned below your DNS records?

No, the question was which nameservers it shows under your DNS records.

Post a full page screenshot of your DNS records on Cloudflare. You can redact IP addresses if you want.

That should be about right. What does it say at the top under “more steps”?

Something is off here, there actually are MX records.

Did you have a partner setup before? You best contact Cloudflare’s support.

Please all support channels?

You will get a response eventually but that can take some time.

Alternatively you could also try to either remove the domain and set it up from scratch or set it up on another Cloudflare account altogether.

dig @8.8.8.8 ispring.kz MX

;; ANSWER SECTION:
ispring.kz. 299 IN MX 10 mx6.ispringsolutions.com.
ispring.kz. 299 IN MX 20 mx5.ispringsolutions.com.

So removing and re-adding it fixed it?

Now zone ispring.kz removed from Cloudflare panel.
No re-added.

I am not sure what you are saying.

Did you remove it and re-add it?

I removed it but did not add it. But Cloudflare has not “forgotten” this zone until now

That can take some time, but if you re-add it it might initialise it anew.

Anyhow, as I already mentioned, if that does not work either you could try with a different Cloudflare account and different nameservers. Otherwise you really have to wait for support. Just make sure to reply to automated messages, so that your ticket is not closed.

I am afraid that is all the community can do.
