Simply add credit card information to account.

If you already have a ticket, Support will respond to you on that ticket.

You’ll need to follow these directions here, Billing, Plans & Subscription Questions. The Community cannot assist with Billing, Account nor Registrar issues, you need a ticket with Support.

I have seen the issue I described here being reported in multiple threads, and I noticed that you’ve provided the same response across those threads.

While I understand that this may be part of a broader fix across the Cloudflare platform, it also seems like some changes might be applied on a per-account basis.

Cloudflare is an excellent service, and I truly want to make the most out of it. For that reason, I would greatly appreciate it if this issue could be resolved as soon as possible. Otherwise, I won’t be able to use certain services that require a registered credit card to access.

I have also reviewed and tried the solutions mentioned in the following thread, but unfortunately, the issue remains unresolved:

All fixes need to be done on a per-account basis. At the moment there is no one size fits all solution. All fixes to Billing issues need the help of the Billing Support team.

Understood. Since I’m unable to register a credit card, my account remains on the free plan. Because of this, I’m unable to access the Cloudflare support portal, which is only available to paid account holders.

Two days ago, I submitted a request through the Cloudflare platform, and I received confirmation under request number 01451113.
In the follow-up email, it states:

To add additional comments or details, reply to this email or go to: https://www.support.cloudflare.com/support/s/case

However, as mentioned above, I can’t use the support portal due to being on a free plan, so I’m not even sure if any replies have been posted there.

Will I also receive any responses via email, not just through the support portal?
Also, could you please let me know approximately how long it usually takes to receive a reply?

There is a known issues with not being able to see tickets on your dash, but you can still respond to them via email.

Customers on every plan type can open account, billing and registrar tickets. Login, select Support and depending up on what your dropdown shows, select contact cloudflare or Support. Select Billing, complete the form

At the bottom, select add more details

Add the additional details and select Submit Case.

Account, Billing, Registrar and trust & safety issues are the only four areas where the Community cannot assist.
