Problem with cloudflare and high traffic message

Yesterday, Cloudflare presented performance problems in its network. According to the message the problem affected traffic between Europe and Asia, and Asia and Central/Central/East Coast of North America.


We are building our platform using Bubble.io and they have their servers in AWS - Virginia, but the error message was presented to us when trying to enter from Latin America (Chile, Colombia, Argentina, etc).
I would like to know, was yesterday’s problem a problem that affected more zones than reported? Or was the message displayed when trying to enter my site due to another cause?

From the screen alone, you were being served by a Cloudflare datacenter located in Washington, hence the message.

So, being on a server in the Washington data center caused some users to see the high traffic message despite trying to access from Latin America?

I’m actually not sure of the sorcery being used here TBH.
Your website is somehow showing Cloudflare headers but at the same time the resolution is not going through Cloudflare:


And somehow, no matter my location it’s always served from Cloudflare IAD datacenter:

I’m thinking that this is using Cloudflare infrastructure, but it’s not a Cloudflare zone. It’s certainly not a zone in your account. So I would contact the service provider and take this to them directly.
