Hello. I do not understand anything about how DNS or whatever anything related to Cloudflare warp works. I have Cloudflare WARP app on my laptop and I use it to play games that are banned on the territory I live. So, when Cloudflare WARP app is on I can not access one website, but if I turn it off I can access it with no problems. But lately, I can not acess the website even when the app is turned off. I assume it is related to WARP app somehow, but I do not know how. And I assume it may be some issues with DNS but I am not sure. What AI support told me: “your device might still be using Cloudflare’s DNS servers or caching certain DNS records, even when the WARP app is turned off.” And I feel like it is what happening, but still not sure.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Clearing the DNS cache. Tried to reset DNS serttings, but not sure if I did it correctly. I am sorry, I do not even understand how all that networks work tbh.

Hi @anonzhz03,

It would be difficult to figure out what is causing you to not be able to access that specific site. I would recommend you try to access that site from a different device in the same network to check if you are still getting blocked. If so, that means something else is blocking your traffic.
