Our Society use Cloudfare proxy for access to our Wordpress and Nextcloud sites and this works fine. We recently set up a new web site using the Koha library software. I found that if I turn on the Cloudfare proxy with Koha, then shortly after logging in and navigating around a few menus, Koha logs me out with the error message “ip address has changed”. I assume this is because the cloudfare proxy rotates around different ip addresses. I’m wondering if there is any way to tweak things in cloudfare to avoid this? Bill
You can’t tweak Cloudflare, but Cloudflare does provide a consistent Visitor IP address in the header that the server software needs to watch.
Thanks for the help, The apache remoteip module did the trick.
