Problem with changing the dns name server to cloudflare after installing plesk servershield

I tried partial (CNAME) setup - https://support.cloudflare.com/hc/en-us/articles/203685674-What-are-the-partner-Cloudflare-setup-options-Full-DNS-vs-CNAME-

What I have done:

1. I installed ServerShield in my Plesk and enabled Cloudflare for domain in this extension.
   After this I was getting error 1016 when I was trying access my domain.
2. I disabled domain in Plesk extension.
3. I added domain to Cloudflare.com and changed domain name servers (for Full DNS setup).
4. Now my domain is not working - ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED.
   Cloudflare status: Website not active (DNS modification pending)

What I should to do now?

EDIT: When I turn on the domain in ServerShield again I have error 1016.
EDIT2: Problem solved.
