What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
Everytime i try adding shoptastic.ro to cloudflare and select the free option i get that error.

I want to mention that there is no bill or subscription that i need to pay. Everything was already paid. Tried to contact Cloudflare support several times. And nobody whats to help me, nobody is willing to do anything. Please help me with this issue.

Problem is i did open a billing support case with number Case # : 01320209
but i am unable to login to the support area. Because i am using my cloudflare account directly with google. And i have no password to use. And because of that i am unable to use it i think.
I created an escalation request for your ticket. You should receive emails when your ticket is updated. Replying to those emails should update your ticket.

Thank you so much. Cause for some reason i am not able to login with my account on the support page. Even i did managed now to create a password to my account.
