Problem with Access to "Main Domain Admin/Get Login Code"

No error, is just the OTP is not sent to email address

What is the issue you’re encountering

We have added a new email to Zero Trust Access Groups to allow a new person to access our admin/back-end. This normally send an OPT to the email, allowing person then to login. While this new email has been added, she is not receiving the email with OTP.

What is the current SSL/TLS setting?
