Hello we have a problem with a SSL certificate from cloudflare on www.autobench.be, we recently moved our domain to a different hosting. but keep getting SSL errors (403). But we can’t access the old hosting because it is managed trough another company. Can this be removed and if so how. Thanks in advance.

Are you on some kind of partner setup with Cloudflare? Your nameservers seem to point to transip, but your A records resolve to Cloudflare IPs. What certificates do you see in the SSL/TLS > Edge Certificates section of your dashboard here?
Hi yes we also think that is the problem. But we think its caused by the company that previously hosted our website and we don’t have access to their dashboard or hosting setting for the website. The reason the A records point to cloudflare IPs is probably because we use lightspeed ecom webshop for this website so the A records point to their IP addresses. Its neither lightspeeds SSL and we don’t have any SSL cert on transip.
But how can we get rid of the old one that we cannot access?
We had a similar question not too long ago. They resolved it by contacting the old provider and asking them to remove the domain from their config.
