i have transfering domain gilezi.com to Cloudflare about week ago. but still get notified about domain is locked. is it usual? how much i must wait for domain transfer?

Your domain has the status clientTransferProhibited which is probably the issue.
This could be for a few reasons, but it could be that you have your domain locked with your old registrar and need to unlock it there.

Based on a WHOIS lookup, the domain seems to be locked . You need to unlock it for the transfer to be successful.
What’s the name of the registrar you are transferring the domain from?
