Problem when canceled subscription

I have problem when cancel load balancer subscription. I did not use the load balancer service a month ago, and already canceled this service on the Subscription/Biling page. Today I got a notification that cloudflare is still charging the load balancer service. How to solve this? There’s no Cancel button on the subscription & I’m still billed every month.

You will have to verify this with Billing. From your account’s email address, send a message to billing AT cloudflare DOT com

Please post the ticket # from the auto reply here and they’ll take a look on Monday.

Also, if you edit the title of this post, you can re-categorize the post into General → Billing which makes it more likely for them to find this post.
