Problem updating billing info - 1292 error

well i got this error 1292 while trying to purchase the WP addon feature on my account. I got an error. so i went to update billing info which also threw the same error. I then emailed CF support as instructed and it auto responded that the ticket is closed. Kinda wondering WT* is the issue and why the route to getting resolution is as junky as the non descript error I was presented.
