Problem to use a Cname

Hi.

I have a CNAME entry setted. When I try to use the new entry (https://cincohabitos.vivianaestrada.com/) I receive the following error:

Error 1000

Ray ID: 70edd07cc8b70ca3 • 2022-05-21 13:56:15 UTC

DNS points to prohibited IP

The CNAME entry point to: https://5b3mfrm0.pages.infusionsoft.net

Who can I solve this issue?

I don’t have any A record pointing to Cloudflare; they are pointing to 107.XXX.XXX.XXX

https://5b3mfrm0.pages.infusionsoft.net/ already uses Cloudflare - set your record to DNS Only (grey cloud)

Hi KianNH

My DNS record is with grey cloud since yesterday, but it don’t work too:

I assume Infusionsoft are using Cloudflare for SaaS. I suspect that they either have not correctly added that subdomain, or that you have not created the appropriate custom domain name in their control panel.

Certificates exist for some of your subdomains (thepractice, thepracticeli, thepracticeweb and lapracticaweb), but one does not exist for cincohabitos. Can you check that you have created a name at your hosting/SaaS provider?
