Hello, @avi14!
Once you’re testing Cloudflare Email Routing taking in consideration what is described on Cloudflare Docs, you shouldn’t have any issues (e.g., if you have [email protected] as your destination adrress for Cloudflare Email Routing, don’t test it by sending an email from this email address. Use [email protected] or any other email instead). This, of couse, have as prerequisite that you have properly set up Cloudflare Email Routing as you can also check on Cloudflare Docs: Enable Email Routing · Cloudflare Email Routing docs.
Another common cause of issues on Cloudflare Email Routing are DNS records which are not properly configured, and/or having multiple SPF records on your account.
Please check all these points in order to identify what could be causing that. Once you’ve checked everything and wasn’t able to discover what is causing this issue, perhaps you could consider disabling Email Routing, and configuring it again. Thank you!
