Good morning. I am experiencing issues with the APO. Although I bought the APO, I could not activate it in my account; instead, it asked me to repurchase it. It was working last month, but since the 2nd of July, after Cloudflare had an account-related issue, it has not worked. Would you please have a look? Thank you, and have a good day.

Thank you for asking. The ticket number was [#3329779]. I have not received any solutions yet, but I saw an update today that this ticket has been migrated to Salesforce, and I should have received a new email regarding my new Case (500Nv00000BXf1FIAT), which I do not understand. Do you have a clue? Thanks in advanced.
