Problem on creating Cname. Cannot use Notion URL

Hello,
I was trying to create CName. I added Name as my customized domain name. I couldn’t add target url as my notion site since url is too big(more that 63 characters). How can I resolve this issue?

What’s the exact CNAME record you’re trying to create?

Note that a CNAME record must point to a hostname like example.com or sub.example.com.

… and cannot point to a URL like https://example.notion.site/pagename-f54f732faa4a457093cb147b232c7943

Thank you. But I am trying to point it to my notion site which has a lengthy URL. What’s the solution?

If you are just looking for an easy to remember name to use to get your visitors to your Notion site, you could use a redirect rule. Once vistors are redirected, your Notion URL will appear in the browser address bar.

See example number four and use your full Notion URL in the rule target.
