Hello, I need help setting up the subdomain.The problem of subdomain not working when I add WWW in the search address, subdomain works only without WWW. I correctly configured the subdomain in Cloudflare. Can you help me?

It displays this information: This hostname is not covered by a certificate. To ensure full coverage, purchase Advanced Certificate Manager to use Total TLS for full certificate coverage of proxied hostnames.

What should I do?

I believe the mentioned Advanced Certificate Manager is what you need. Cloudflare by default secures one level of subdomains (www.example.org, test.example.org), but not two levels (www.test.example.org, something.test.example.org). If you want CF to secure additional levels, you’ll need the ACM.

I’m not sure if you could also use custom certificates, you’d have to test that. The issue with those is that you’ll have to take care of issuing and renewing them yourself and can’t have Cloudflare handle all that automatically.
