I bought a pro plan but I still can’t use the features? invoice number: IN-439457

Hi @oguzkaraarslanweb sorry for the issues. Internally I see it as free and on your dash I show it as pro. I suspect there is a timing issue for my 2 views to get in sync. Can you logout, clear cache & cookies and log back into the dash and see if it shows as pro?
Hi, @cloonan it looks like a pro plan, payment has been received, there is an invoice, but the features that the pro plan should bring are not available. I tested cache and cookies, unfortunately it didn’t work.
I can see the pro plan type in your dash and your ticket 3185883.
I will flag that for my colleagues. While we wait for the team on the ticket, can you logout and try in an incognito browser?
