What is the issue you’re encountering

While trying to finalize the setup of my domain featplay.com, I received the following error: “Could not run legacy post zone sub request against new zone products: failed to update user subscription: failed to load account from db. Refer to https://cfl.re/3VUQyyL for assistance. For security reasons, there is a problem with your billing profile.” I’m on the Free Plan and haven’t attempted to upgrade or downgrade. This is blocking me from completing the domain setup.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

• Checked and updated my billing profile at https://dash.cloudflare.com/profile/billing
• Cleared browser cache and cookies
• Tried in incognito mode and different browsers (Chrome, Safari)
• Searched the documentation and community
• Attempted to reach support via chatbot, but received no resolution

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

1. Log in to Cloudflare
2. Go to domain featplay.com
3. Click “Finish Setup”
4. Error appears blocking completion
