Problem Adding A Record For a Particular Sub-domain

OK, this is really… really strange.

Just tried moving the DNS records for a domain (ondigital.com.au) from GoDaddy to CloudFlare. However, try as I might I could not get one sub-domain A Record to resolve.

The sub-domain was education however, it didn’t matter what computer I tried pinging education.ondigital.com.au from or how many times I flushed the DNS cache I kept getting host not found messages. It I tried creating a slightly different A Record name (education2) and did not have the same problem. Also, all the other records seemed fine.

Eventually, I had to switch back to GoDaddy.

Does anyone have any suggestions how I might deal with this?

Thanks in advance.

Regards Brett S
