Problem accessing the cloudflare email service

Hello, I have a problem for which I strongly request your help. I have transferred some dns from my LWS host to CLOUDFLARE. The sites have become more fluid. However, I can’t access the settings for creating and configuring my business emails. On the cloudflare space, I’m stuck on the E-MAIL ROUTING page. The clickable bar only displays a sign: ACCESS REQUIRED

That’s for sites that don’t already have email. Your email settings would be DNS records for MX, “A” (for the mail server itself), and optional TXT records for spam protection.
