What is the issue you’re encountering

when accessing our domain, I get error DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN then if I check it with DNS checker the error is “Can’t find auth dns server for paceacademy.edu.ph”

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

i tired purging cache, pausing and unpausing cloudflare. Also verified the NS on the domain registrar and it is correct.

What feature, service or problem is this related to?

DNS not responding/updating

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

access paceacademy.edu.ph, and all of the sub domain is also down.

The edu.ph domain is currently misconfigured and fails DNSSEC. You can try other sites using this domain, none of them work.

You need to contact their administrators.
