Pro vs Business - SLA


We are new to Cloudflare and planning to start with standard DNS only services for now.
We are debating between the Pro and Business plan and the decision is mainly around the 100% uptime SLA within the business plan. Are there any analytics around the Pro plan to show historical uptime that will help us decide if the Pro plan is acceptable? Are there any availability differences if any between the two?


Except for add-on services like Argo, Stream, Workers, etc. which have their own uptime, the CF network is multi-tenant and any issues almost always affect all plans; however, the business plan’s SLA would offer you a way to recuperate downtime service costs. You should choose the business plan if you see the business plan’s unique features as useful.
