I have upgraded to pro plan but many features are missing such as image optimization. (They still want upgrade)

Are you referring to Cloudflare Polish or to Cloudflare Image Optimization? Polish should be available on the pro plan. Image Optimization is an account level feature not dependent upon a zone plan level.

Polish, super bot fight mode, Enhanced HTTP/2 Prioritization… They are all missing and wants a pro upgrade.
I still wait a solution for this. The problem still continues.

cancel the service, then you can re-add pro and it will work.
