Pro site but unanswered ticket in 5 days?

I have a pro site and I contacted support on Friday. It’s Tuesday now and the only thing I received is an automated message.

What should I do? As a paying customer, is it too much to expect actual support?

There’s not a whole lot you can do other than wait - tickets are prioritised in various ways, both by plan & by severity of the issue itself. One of the main appeals of Business plans is that you get a Business level of priority & SLAs.
