Pro Plan SSL Not working

Hi,

We have a Pro plan with cloud-flare. Though the account says SSL is active but the website shows certificate error. How can we make sure SSL from your side is working.

PS: do we have to use the SSL from our hosting provider.

Looks like your Let’s Encrypt certificate works now, however your domain is not being proxied by Cloudflare, so no CF features will work. The DNS needs to be orange clouded :orange: to enable the CF proxy and CF features.
