I subscribed to the Pro plan for my domain www.cointribune.com, and I have been charged. However, my Cloudflare dashboard still shows the domain as on the “Free” plan, and I do not have access to the Pro features despite payment confirmation.
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
I checked the billing information, confirmed that the payment was successfully processed, and followed all the steps in the Cloudflare dashboard to review and update the subscription. The payment is marked as ‘Paid’ and the plan is set to ‘Pro,’ yet I still do not have access to the Pro features. This situation is unacceptable, especially given that the subscription was renewed and paid for, but not reflected in my account. Despite multiple attempts to contact support, including opening several support tickets, I have received no response whatsoever.
I am now requesting either a full refund of the amount paid for the Pro plan or an immediate extension of my subscription to compensate for the time I have been unable to use the service. The lack of support and communication from Cloudflare is extremely disappointing, and I expect this matter to be resolved promptly
