Pro Plan Issue - Upgrade Not Working

Cloudflare Web Analytics Not Working. I upgraded to pro plan still even after 7 days, I couldn’t see the cache analytics working. It still says “Upgrade to PRO, BUSINESS, ENTREPRISE PLAN”. But dashboard says I’m on Pro Plan. PFA.

Also support team isn’t responding quickly.
