Pro Plan is still active and being charged/renewed even though domain was removed from Cloudflare (moved to other hoster) months ago and when i try to cancel i getting a 404.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Contacted support 3 weeks ago - no response, no refund and no way to cancel the pro plan.
