Pro Plan reverted to free plan even though account is paid in full
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
I placed the support ticket Case: 01218808 on October 4, and still have not heard from Cloudflare other than an automatic message. We have been paying $25.00 per month for the Pro plan for garycarmell.com. The last payment went through on 9/26/2024.
On 10/03/2024, I learned that the Pro Plan had been reverted to a free plan. For some reason, there was an additional unknown charge of $5.00. I paid the additional charge of $5.00, however, the account did not revert to the Pro Plan.
Please help! Please let me know how to fix this issue and have the Pro Plan reinstated.
