What is the name of the domain?

What is the issue you’re encountering

On the documentation, Pro plan support up to 100 custom hostnames. However, my domain can only add one custom hostname. How can we increase this limit?

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Contact support via ticket since 6 months ago. Ticket ID: 01264057

The error message is:

Quota exceeded. If you’re already a paid SSL for SaaS customer, please contact your Customer Success Manager for additional provisioning. If you’re not yet enrolled, please fill out this form and someone from our sales team will contact you: Enterprise Plan Overview

We have downgraded from enterprise plan to pro plan more then 10 months ago.

If your ticket is already 6 months old, can you create a new ticket and share the id here?

Please mention on the ticket that this problem is likely related to downgrading from Enterprise.
