What is the issue you’re encountering
I mistakenly applied the Cloudflare Pro Plan subscription to the wrong domain (nutritiouscuisine.au) instead of the correct domain (nutritiouscuisine.com.au). Despite multiple tickets and months of follow-up, I’ve received no resolution. The client’s primary domain is now left operating only on the Free plan, creating security and performance issues, as they understandably refuse to pay for two Pro subscriptions for the same service.
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
Opened initial ticket #01292741 on November 28, 2024.
Followed up repeatedly for months without any real response.
Opened escalation ticket #01435593 which is also unresolved.
Emailed support multiple times requesting credit or transfer.
Stopped the month-to-month Pro subscription to avoid double billing.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?
The issue occurred from applying a Pro Plan to the wrong domain by mistake. The subscription still reflects the wrong domain despite repeated support requests.
