I currently have a site on the Pro Plan (Annual), with the renewal scheduled for February 2025. I’d like to upgrade to the Business Plan on a monthly basis to test its performance, particularly the Edge Caching feature, before committing to an annual subscription.
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
However, when I try to change my plan, the option for a monthly Business Plan doesn’t appear. Could someone guide me on how to proceed with this change?

May i ask if you’ve followed the steps from below article to switch from Yearly to Monthly plan type?
You need to change the plan on the overview tab and select monthly in the top right corner. Were you there or on some other screen?
Helpful to check and to understand if you’re on the period of the renew of your current plan type or not?:
The alternative is to cancel the current plan and subscribe again with the correct billing cycle. Cancellations are only processed by the end of the billing period, so your plan will not be downgraded.

And you’re not on a renew period for your zone (e.g. few days left before you’d have to renew it for full year), and at the same time wanting to upgrade, correct?
Kindly and patiently wait for a reply. Support will respond to you on that ticket. Questions about billing will need to be resolved by the Customer Support team and cannot be resolved on the Community.
