Pro Plan activated, but not actually active. Support isn’t responding to the ticket.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Good morning, I’m writing here because since I opened the ticket, I haven’t received a response, and it’s been 24 hours already.

Yesterday, I upgraded from a Free plan to a Pro plan with monthly payment via PayPal. I also activated the Cache Reserve and other paid features. The extra services were charged, but the cost of the Pro plan hasn’t been credited. Yet, on my admin panel, I can see that I’m already on a Pro plan. Despite this, on other pages, it still shows as if I’m on a Free plan. It’s really a mess!

But I’m tired of waiting. What should I do?

Credited or charged? I see the pro plan invoice and where it was showing pro & free I only see free. If you are still encountering this, can you logout and login using an incognito tab?

In looking at the ticket, it seems it was not originally opened by the account owner, I assume that is the person that you then added to the ticket, correct?
