Prinful plug not working

What is the name of the domain?

What is the issue you’re encountering

cloudflare block plug

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

"Hi there,

For more than three weeks, I’ve been searching for a solution because my Printful plugin is not working. My problem started when WordPress was updated to the latest version along with WooCommerce 9.1.4.

The Printful customer care team advised me to downgrade both WordPress and WooCommerce because the latest versions were not compatible with the plugin. I downgraded them, and everything was fine until I started seeing some errors on my website. It turns out that Cloudflare was blocking some requests from the Printful plugin.

I can’t add any items from Printful.com. The only solution I found was to turn off the Proxy status in DNS management, which allowed the connection between my website and Printful.com to work. However, after that, an SSL issue appeared, displaying a message that the website had no private connection.

So, I turned the Proxy status back on in DNS management, and my website is working fine, but Cloudflare is still blocking the Printful connection.

Is there any solution for this? Do I need to check the firewall for any potential blocks?"

That means you server is not properly configured and that may be the very issue.

Pause Cloudflare again and first make sure your site works on HTTPS. Contact your host for that.

Should I change Cloudflare Nameservers to my hosting Nameservers?

No, just pause it, leave the nameservers with Cloudflare.

Your server certificate has expired and your host needs to renew that.

I don’t think so its not completed one year yet

thank you for your help, I fix the problem( turn off the cloudflare and renew the SSL certificate) everything going smooth now, and also for printful plug I downgrade and its working fine now OOH YAA
