Prime Email setup

Hello, I’m having issues setting up my NameCheap Prime Email

note : your online videos as over 2 years old and I highly recommend to create new as you move on, to avoid fustration to new customer starting. Also I have not seen the DKIM setup nor its correct TAB locations. Again your out-dateded on your help videos… Kindly send as its been over three weeks asking for help and only getting fingers pointing all directions execept Up.

Thanks for understanding…

Can you share a link to those videos so we can investigate?

Do you have a ticket open with Support about this? Can you share that number?

Please share the what you’ve tried, steps to reproduce the error, and error message, number or screen shot if you can.

Generally, to set up your Prime Email on NameCheap, you need to follow a few steps:

  1. Go to your Cloudflare dashboard and navigate to the DNS app.
  2. Configure the DNS records according to the details given by NameCheap. These records include MX, TXT, SRV, and possibly DKIM records.
  3. Make sure the records are set to DNS-only (grey cloud).

For DKIM setup, you should receive the necessary records from NameCheap and add them as TXT records in Cloudflare.

If you are still having issues, it may be best to contact NameCheap support for more specific advice related to their email service.
