Previously pointed to Shopify domain giving off 503 errors

I’m having this exact issue for a subdomain, beta.hem.com. The domain is removed from Shopify, and I’m not pointing anything for this subdomain against Shopify in my Cloudflare settings, but I get a Shopify error page.

This was solved by @cf-scott in the linked thread. Can you help me?

Would you cross check again? I’m not able to reproduce that error rather it redirects to homepage.
