Previous Carbon Impact Reports have disappeared

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

I was able to see the Carbon Impact Report for the years 2020, 2021 and 2022 before. But now those reports have disappeared and I see following message: “Based on the recency of this account’s creation date, we do not have annual information available yet related to carbon impact.”

The same issue happened in the past and was fixed by @Wanda (Previous Carbon Impact Reports have disappeared)

Hi,
same here. We’re eagerly waiting for the 2023 report. Maybe the dissapearence of the old reports is a sign that the new report is coming soon?

When I try to access the reports, I can see from the network tab in the DevTools that this call to the api returns 401 Unauthorized: https://dash.cloudflare.com/api/v4/accounts/<account_id>/carbon_number/v2

The issue has been fixed, at least for me.

it’s been fixed for us too. Sadly we still don’t have a report for 2023. I hope they didn’t discontinue this feature as it was an important piece of information for our customers.
