Preventing WARP traffic from going through Russia and China

For some reason one of our endpoints in Ukraine was on WARP for Teams and proxied through Russia. The concern we have is data privacy laws in Russia and if our traffic is affected.

Was wondering if there’s a way to prevent WARP for Teams traffic proxying through Russia and China?
