Preventing Cloudflare from using the Kiev data center

Apparently my shared hosting provider has issues with the Kiev Cloudflare data center. The result is that several visitors reported getting the following error message:

One of the visitors provided the following trace:

fl=132f47
h=<domain>.com
ip=213.186.202.200
ts=1539786817.857
visit_scheme=http
uag=Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/69.0.3497.100 Safari/537.36
colo=KBP
spdy=off
http=http/1.1
loc=UA
tls=off
sni=off

I don’t have control over the shared hosting, but the issue can be fixed if I can prevent Cloudflare from using the Kiev data center. Is that possible?

Thanks in advance.

I can’t think of a way off the top of my head. Your Cloudflare IP address is geographically routed to the nearest Cloudflare datacenter. There’s nothing you can do from your account that can bypass this.

Can’t you ask your host to whitelist the Cloudflare IP addresses? This is bound to be a problem with anyone else at your host using Cloudflare who has Russian visitors.

I tried. Unfortunately, they’re not willing to cooperate. If there is a way to configure it via Cloudflare, please let me know.
