Prevent my IP from showing cached pages?

Trying to determine if CF caching is not letting me see updates/changes I make to my WordPress site. Is there a way/place I can enter my (static) IP so that I’m not viewing a cached page?

Open your browser InPrivate/Incognito, open in Dev Tools with cache disabled or you can create Page Rules.

You could also use your hosts file on your device to hit the server directly and bypass Cloudflare (if the server isn’t locked down to CF only).
